Awesome game well worth the low cost. Multiplayer co-op stealth with a healthy dose of creepiness

More of an interactive story with some game elements. I didn't mind as I enjoy the Cthulu mythos and the game itself had a nice creepy vibe. Voice acting was pretty good throughout and the story was solid. The character customisation didn't appear to have much effect on the game to me, but could be easily ignored as the story was pretty much always carrying itself forward.

My first playthrough was on hard difficulty going for a no-kill, no-alert, and all collectibles playthrough.

Within this context, I found the game difficult but not impossible, and very rewarding. I am a fan of stealth games, and think this game has some good bones to build into a sequel. The back half of the game re-uses a lot of levels, but I personally didn't mind going through them again, as the guard setups were different and generally more challenging.

I did a second playthrough to get the speed achievments for each mission, and found that interesting after playing so cautiously in the first run. There are leaderboards for the speed runs, which incentivizes finding even faster routes if you can. I'd like to see some leaderboards for ghost runs too as I find those more technically challenging. A level editor would be great.

TLDR; If you like stealth games, you will like Styx.
