The good:
* It has some charm with art style
* The skilling was fun for a bit.

The bad:
* Everything is so repetitive. The skilling is just the same thing over and over again. Leveling up a skill and you eventually just go back to start and gather/attack the same things, in the same area, but with different names/levels (like around level 14 fishing and things start repeating).
* The quests are boring.
* The maps are small and a hassle to navigate.
* UI is clunky - If you have a menu open, like checking skill progress, clicking anything closes it out.
* Main quest is locked out by paywall access to the 3rd and 4th episodes. This also required you to drop most of the items you forage/loot that you can only store in episode 3+.
* Crafting requirements dont feel well thought out. Half of the requirements need to be bought. And half the gathering items are not used for anything and just sold to vendors.
* Crafting in general is pretty pointless. Making food is only to level up the skill, but you sell everything to a vendor.
* The storage was a huge pain. Having different storage types per crafting area made it so difficult to gather and store. Usually had to make long journeys back to that particular storage and then walk back, sometimes across episodes.
* And last, but this might just be me, I felt the developers were more focused on making it harder to bot the game that they made the game harder for anyone to enjoy.

The game is still early access, so things might get better, but the way the game is now, I cannot recommend it to anyone. Plus with the groundwork set now, it'd be difficult to make this more enjoyable.

This game is hands down one of the best 15 bucks I've spent. It's fun and quirky and has plenty to do. Everything feels well polished. At one point I found myself saying to myself, "This is a really well made game", which is great considering most games now-a-days are fairly unplayable. It isn't finished yet, which excites me that soon this game will have even more to offer. 10/10
