Update: 3 days clean from alcohol, cigarettes porn and masturbation. I feel so happy and love my life again. I listen to Hitler speeches and songs on YT and they motivate me.

I was battling huge depression and 3 days ago I felt warmth, discipline and an aura that said you can do it. I think it was the spirit of National Socialism.

My situation was the following:
>I'm a pathetic loser since I have a ruptured family structure (no contact with anyone in my family except parents). This and other problems like the Covid hoax completely ruined me. I made it out unvaccinated but have scars that won't heal anymore...

>alcoholic (spirits and beers every single day)
>smoking addict (a pack a day)
