As of this review, i have just completed act 1, and let me tell you this game is a masterpiece. The art, the music, minigames(except you vollyball), cinematography. Its all outstanding. Even if you dont like turn based games, it at least makes the combat engaging for the player instead of mindlessly using menus. If you like souless slop that is mass produced year after year then this isnt the game for you. Expedition 33 is a game where you can feel the passion from the developers everytime you watch a cutscene, everytime you enter a new area, and when you meet new characters.

I don't review games unless prompted to my summer events, so as i actually put effort into one, just know that this games is a must buy if you can handle a slow burn turn based game.

Great game though 10/10 except for paid ng+

Good game overall, possible some balance issues between different weapon types but thats to be expected on day 1 from any game like this. Anyone complaining that the first few games are bot matches obviously didnt read anything about the beta tests. Then they want a refund for being bad at the game which isn't a good reason but whatever floats your sinking boat. Only thing i wish is that the battle pass actually gave you some gold in the free version as this isnt a f2p game and other games like this which are free do.

Putting this seperately as i really do enjoy the in depth character customization that you can do for each character, which alongside skins make each character you play as personalized for each player

It was a rough first few days after the plane crash. Soon I scoped out the lay of the land and built my self a fine structure on the beach. Things were looking up as i thrived on this island. To my disdain, like any great empire that arises it will fall too, and my kingdom was no different. The locals slowly got more and more condifdent and their attacks quickened. I of course soon found myself victorious. However as i mutilated their bodies one by one i got my spoonful of karma. I heftly swung my axe down on the body and the next thing i know the force of the exploding body sends me launching into the ocean to my death.
10/10 would use bodies as propulsion again
