I have seen this house asset so many times I know it like the back of my hand

very bare bones and feels like something thrown together just to say they have a poppy playtime multiplayer game.

the game runs poorly even on high end systems. the lack of voicelines and chase music from the monsters makes for some rather awkward and quiet gameplay. apart from the monsters footsteps there really isn't anything to tell you the monster is nearby or you are in a chase. when you get hit the only way to tell is the static that covers your screen and the little speed boost you get for a few seconds. i thought it was an issue with my audio but nope thats just how non existant the sounds are. there isn't a party system meaning playing with friends is either difficult or not an option. i still haven't found a game as monster even after sitting in a 10 minute queue. for some reason in the middle of a game when i do get them i get kicked back to the main menu after a minute or 2 every couple games. the game has some good ideas but its a shame they are getting put to waste.

They announced they are not producing anymore content for this game despite saying in a tweet post launch "They are in it for the long haul". The game has only been out for a year and a half but unfortunately this tends to happen with Gun Interactive games. Gun is just a group of guys that wanna see their favorite movies in Unreal and once they do they get bored after a year and drop it for the next project. If you are trying to get into a new horror multiplayer game this is not it. Gun Interactive games are overpriced with minimal to no staying power due to their lack of commitment.

Don't understand why this is early access. This is incredibly polished and feels like a full release. Good game I highly recommend it with friends. Sadly solo play is a bit difficult but they are actively working to balance the solo experience.
