Cool game, but with today's economy you get off your 9-5 job on to your 5-9 grind (with premium) just to get a single rank 5 vehicle.
Let's do some math real quick. You want the leopard 1, which is 120,000 rp. The average player - with premium, 50% win rate, and average gameplay - earns around 2,500 rp. That means it will take around 48 games to earn it. If we assume that the average GRB match goes for 20 min, it means that it will take you 16 hours to get that specific tank. You do the same math for top tier, and you get over 60 hours per vehicle!
But wait, there's more! Depending on what nation you play, you get one-and-gone players who buy a top-tier tank, die once, and leave the game, or just bots that afk the match.
And that's just for tanks. Helicopter gameplay and grind is really bad. You will live longer as a kid during the black plague in London than flying those damn things, which means you won't get rp unless you want to sacrifice your tank research to do so.
Planes are actually decent, until you get to top tier and the game turns to the old classic Miniclip game called "On The Run"
Boats are boring, just play World of Warships.
Played this game since release and have A LOT more hours through their launcher. The gameplay is mostly good but don't expect to get out of rank 4 without some days worth of grinding.
