Wish there was an online open world option. playing alone is boring and it would be fun to meet new people, maybe even some PVP options. Refunded

Just reporting a glitch On the Crab invasion mini game.
Score 711. Cant move character, the crab still walks around n throws stones, cant exit mini game, all other red crabs are dead. Tried to save n restart. However it still has the same issue. Thank u

Been playing this game since Beta. Dont listen to the noobs who give it a bad review.
Heres what you need to kno to have fun.

First thing you need to know is that this game doesn't spoon feed you information.
Mainly have to find out for yourself or other advanced players. Joining a tribe is the best way to learn fast. Working together to learn and grow. There is an ark wiki I often use as well.

Second if you respect your time, then go on Unofficial servers. These servers have edited server stats, for example: day n night cycles, taming speed, dino damage, dino levels, player damage, mods and more. On official servers these are not modded at all and will take real life hours to tame, days to grind, and even years to have a fully functioning base. They are better managed and alot funner to play. Most have a community connected via Discord. Great way to have tribal events like raptor races and giga fights. If you find someone cheating or are getting bullied, ask in chat for ADMIN, they can help.

Third is learn your states. There is different quality of armor and saddles, if you dont upgrade you will die fast. You can get higher level blueprints from fishing and drops.
When you first tame a dino, the states its given are known as base states, these are important for breeding. No matter how much you have leveled up a dino, the babies will spawn in with base states (with the exception of mutations).

Other things to note:
Cluster servers allow you to travel to different maps with the same character.
S+ mod = more amount of items in a stack, easier and better building, and more.
Every dino has a skill that the tribe should take advantage of, especially in PVP.
One that people dont know is that the tiny monkeys are lookouts. If you have all your dinos on passive, put the monkey on aggressive in a cage, if the monkey see's someone or something that isnt part of the tribe, its screams and all the dinos will attack until its dead. After the threat is dead the dinos will still be set to passive.

P.S. one thing I wish was in game are upgraded furniture, saddle skins, and armor skins.
