Carries out jobs requiring the use of the hands or hand-tools well, but is not yet a master craftsman. Meticulous in keeping the workplace clean and tidy. Biedny Pawełek makes a habit of keeping own area clean and hazard-free and also assists and encourages others to do the same. Usually eager to work, but on one or two occasions has been less than willing to tackle an assignment within the range of competence, or reluctant to learn something new. They will only grudgingly perform tasks that are outside the job description or which require extra work. However, these additional tasks are usually carried out successfully.
