Good game so far. It's a grind but you've got to look at it as a journey.

The first few days are really quite hard while you're trying to gather materials to get yourself established whilst also trying to avoid getting eaten or maimed by wild animals. Really makes you think about what you're doing as poor decisions tend to have terrible outcomes. Once you start to grasp the mechanics and get a feel for the crafting system, things fall into place and it gets a little bit easier but it is still by no means an easy game. It's great how you can turn hunters off while you're getting used to the game.

Even though I haven't played that many hours and I'm by no means into the late stages, it's good fun and I would definitely recommend.
