hey guys, Vic's parents recently died in a major car accident on the freeway. He has been on anti depressants all his life and has been fostered into many homes. While being fostered he's been victimized to sexual assault, and beatings. He's currently 21, smoking a blunt, getting high, drinking, and then rinse and repeating. pray for him guys. He many or may not have a mental disorder, doctors have found some evidence of his disorders but they're waiting for more confirmation. Again, pray for him.
