very fun game. first half is very challenging and rewarding, but the second half you'll get OP and kind of gets flat. the dark rpg setting is interesting and the world has a lot to offer, but is empty in places. this game isn't without bugs, but none were game breaking for me. overall it's my favorite small studio game in the past 2 or 3 years.

If i was you, i'd wait a month or two, maybe a couple patches down the road it'll be good.

EDIT: changed my review from negative to positive. server issues are still a problem, but devs seem to be doing everything they can to keep up with their success.

it takes 10+ min to boot the game and i had an issue with my microsoft login (phone number linked to an old email address i haven't used in 10 years & the microsoft UI prevents me from changing my login email). 2.3 hours i spent trying to just play the game. requesting refund. sad end to a series i have played since 2001.

Gamplay is awesome. i can't speak enough to how fun the game is. When it works.

Bugs that don't let you complete a mission or save progress are not awesome. next time you try making a game please for the love of god release one without game breaking bugs.

i DO recommend buying this game, but listen to me don't buy this for some time. in the last patch notes it said my particular issues were addressed, but they were not.

great RTS for Company of Heros type fans. I hope there is more & more content that comes out

Great game although the story played fast and loose with the details from previous games in the Metro series.

enjoyable campaign.

Novel concept and great execution. The game as a whole is solid with great gameplay, but does need some fine tuning. Developers seem hard at work and committed to making the title better with every update.
