"Go to your profile page then select Screenshots on the right to open up your screenshots page.
Look for the screenshot you want then left click it once so it opens in a separate window.
Right click the highlighted url and select 'copy'.

Now if you paste into your forum post you should have an url that starts like this:
NOT like this:

That should give you a nice clickable preview picture in your forum post.
