You'll come across a dark room, following by Ik turning on the lights.

Once the lights turn on, and you interrupt Willow's Birthday Party, proceed into the hole in the wall with a light source.

Once you are in thus dark area-like maze, proceed through as per usual. You will know once you have found your missing hat.

It glows with a heavenly aura; you cannot miss it.

Once you've found it, just click LMB!

Now, you are complete.

WARNING: DO NOT STEP OUT OF THE LIGHT WHEN ACQUIRING YOUR HAT: THE LITTLE CHUCKLERS WILL GRAB IT AGAIN, AND YOU WILL HAVE TO FIND IT AGAIN.
