First, you simply have to add this guide to your favorites, then, if you have unlocked a steam showcase slot, you'll see that when setting something to showcase, in the list of options there's this one called "Favorite Guide", select that one and look for this guide. Simply as that, you will have a cool SA2 themed decoration.
