This game crashes a lot, it might kick you to the main menu for no fault of your own, it has a memory leak and it does NOT have any form of auto save. Please save often.

Future relic (survive 3 years)

I recommend saving often. This will take a solid 6-8 hours of idling time, It might take more than 6 hours because many people expressed that the day lasts longer for them than the dev implies it should. You can just aim to get this achievement and all other achievements will pop for you in the meantime of idling 3 in game years.

Existential crisis (do nothing for 15 days)

Sounds like this achievement is a little bugged, but, it's obtainable.
You need to not do anything in the entire in-game day (10-20 minutes as day length seems to be different for people) But, this achievement will not count more than 1 day in a row, so you need to look at your achievement status, see it advanced by 1, and then go into the game and move your mouse to reset the counter. After that, repeat, wait, see the achievement counter progressed, return to the game and move the mouse. It's confirmed to work this way.

Mossy success
Get covered in moss.
In my (and my friend's) observation, you will gradually become covered by moss the longer you play. The point of this achievement triggering appears somewhere at time of in game Year 2. So you will get this achievement automatically when you will try to survive 3 years. For both moss and 3 year achievements, this time is counted on a single run, not across multiple. I'm writing it here because I found out nobody else properly documented this achievement. Another friendly reminder, save often.

When you start a game you are assigned a random stone shape. These achievements are for two of these random shapes

White prince - start the game as a white rock

Double-Headed - start the game as a sculpture head

Press P while in game to activate photo mode

Say Rock - 1 photo
Sedimentary memories - 5 photos
Ceo - influencer - 10 photos

Just Press online on the mode selection in main menu. You can start solo, without having anybody else in the lobby you host.

Rolling stone
- press E 10 times, to move your stone location 10 times. This only works in Multiplayer!

Rock together
- you will get it automatically for starting multiplayer

These achievements need no clarification. You will get all of them while waiting for the first year to pass, and it's very hard to miss them, I think they are counted even if you don't look at them.

So, getting achievements in this game is pretty much just idling to get the 3 year achievement (6-8 hours) and then getting the 15 day achievement manually as it's a little bugged. By this point, you will have all random and weather achievements.

After this, or before all of that, just do the quick and easy multiplayer achievements, take 10 photos, and restart the game a bunch of times to get the 2 unique stone achievements. Pretty easy.
