Anything or anyone that encourages you to be interacting with wild animals, especially wild animals that can do a hell of a lot of damage (raccoons, owls, foxes, deer, bison, bears, mountain lions, etc), is either a fool or they're knowingly trying to put you in danger.

None of those animals are domesticated, none of them are BEING domesticated (those "domestic foxes" are a fucking scam, they are just tamed fur farm foxes), they are all more than capable of severely injuring or killing you, wild animals being habituated to people increases the risks of them attacking someone and/or being killed by animal control, and anyone who tries to tell you otherwise is either lying to you or lying to themself.

@moss-wizard of course this isn’t how we serve it!!

It has to be in a dish with much higher sides, so when we go to cut it and it tries to sliiiiiide away it doesn’t escape and blorp blorp blorp across mom’s nice tablecloth

    breelandwalker

SLICE YOUR CANNED BOGBERRY GOO INTO DISCS BEFORE SERVING, YOU FILTHY HERETICS.

    traegorn

NO. IT WILL BE SERVED IN PROPER CAN SHAPE, AND WILL HAVE ITSELF SCOOPED INTO WEIRD SHAPES THE WAY THE GODS INTENDED

    breelandwalker

YOU STAY OUTTA THIS, GOD-QUEEN-EMPEROR. AND TAKE YOUR CERVID STALKERS WITH YOU.

    dandelion-witch

It's supposed to be served in can shape with two discs already sliced and laying tastefully in front

    breelandwalker

I have consulted the scriptures and this is variation is still within the bounds of orthodoxy.

    tribblesandtribulations

Mash the can shape up. We giving the table what they want, chaos in a dish, with a serving spoon.

    moiracolleenodell

Not to derail the escalating heresy, but what do dolphins have to do with cranberry bogs?

    lovesthesmarty

@hlahlahlahlahly it's come full circle. Your job here is done.

... What about those who, hypothetically, just eat it out of the can at 2 am after refrigerating it all day?

    callmebliss

Those people are My People and I love them

    snazzy-hats-and-adhd

Okay, but where are these spiders that were mentioned previously?

    callmebliss

The spiders?! *scroll scroll scro* oh OH! This is the cranberry post. It’s the spiders that live in the bog. The bog coworker spiders.

If anyone has ever looked at this color spread and thought it looked a little different than Oda's typical work, you would be correct. Per the color walk, this is one of the few times Oda used watercolor instead of marker, having been inspired after visiting a UNESCO heritage site
