The Fashion Decline of Supernatural

once a week me and my sister just complain about how bad supernatural is because of how bad the fashion gets in the later seasons. Like the fashion was a huge part of what made the characters interesting!! Dean having bracelets and rings made him so cool and a bit feminine so it felt less weird and annoying when he made misogynistic remarks, now when he says those same remarks in a boring ass buttoned up flannel he just seems like a basic annoying man. I feel like a good example of fashion used to make characters interesting is Bobby. Bobby’s style stays the same throughout the show, he has this redneck look with his battered up baseball caps and faded t-shirts, and it makes him interesting because despite looking like a redneck, he is a really cool character that is kind and caring. Also when the show goes to just put Sam and Dean in flannels and call it a day, not only is it ugly but it adds no distinction throughout the seasons. They look the exact same in the same flannel and jeans—especially Dean with the same hair for 15 YEARS. The fashion was such an important part of the show but none of the writers realized bruh
