DIY approach, Michael writes, records and produces all his music in his bedroom in Glasgow.

Phantom Handshakes takes so many of the things I like in music (emotive vocals, reverb, poppy jangly hooks, atmospheric synths) and combines them seamlessly into some of my favorite music released in the last couple of years. Reminiscent of The Radio Dept's Pet Grief, one of my all-time favorite albums.
