I can imagine the Glamrocks having quirks similar to their animal counterparts. You can take it as if they are animatronics or if they Anthro.
Freddy:
Bears scratch at trees to mark their territory or to communicate, so at the pizzaplex, there’s probably stickers or trinkets laying around to signify that Freddy was around. Obviously his room is covered in stickers and children’s drawings. Freddy also hums mostly for his own entertainment, but it’s really just for comfort. 
Monty:
You know how when alligators get scratched and they open their mouth all happy? Yeah….he does that… and if anybody ever finds out, he will deny it hard. Or he always seeks out the warmest spots in the Pizza Plex. Because them reptiles really love the warm.
Roxy:
Well, yes, she does yell at Freddy for being in her room. She still cares about the band. Just like wolves they’re very pack oriented. Roxy especially shows it whenever she is hosting a birthday party. also feel like why when Moon is around the kids she just stares. Because wolves have that tendency to look at moons.
Chica:
So when Chica gets excited, she ‘flaps.’ Like chickens do that when overexcited, which is why you have to be careful around her when you bring her pizza. Coincidentally she’s also the first ones to ‘wake up’ for the day. And she also does this cute thing that whenever she’s curious, she will tilt her head, especially whenever she’s sizing something up.

Bonnie:
His foot thumps. Especially whenever he’s excited and does that cute little thing actual rabbits do where they will dump their foot and turn around to show someone that they’re mad or frustrated. Does that a lot to staff… he’s also a very light sleeper as pray animals are usually like. I also feel like he would like to nibble on things like he’ll get a vegetable out of the fridge and just nibble on it for hours or until it’s gone.
Foxy:
Just like foxes, he hordes. I bet he has taken some of Monty, Bonnie’s and Chica’s guitar pics and hold them. His favorite thing to hoard is children’s drawings even if it isn’t him, he likes the simplicity of the child’s mind and the creativity. Also, when he gets excited and playing with the children, he kinda pounces a bit. Obviously not on the kids, but will bounce from here to there.

Rockstar Foxy is the drummer who is programmed to help children who are handicapped and with disabilities, wherein he instills confidence in them through telling stories, acting, and singing shanties. He is meant to give confidence to children, by helping them with whatever they're struggling with and telling them they're doing a great job. He is also programmed to help children with prosthetics to get used to them. He is also inspired by David Bowie, hope we dont get sued.

silva suffers from stoic face like illumi (thats where illumi gets it from im sure) and hes way more lax than he looks, hes just a wall of muscle so he comes off as mean and intimidating I swear 😭😭😭
he plays silly games w illumi like "who can kill their target faster" and illumi just calls him like "hiiiii dad i won lol... omg 😳 did you kill my target??? Ohh, good hahaha. tell him to text me thnx. <3" like thats so casual
and milluki can just call him up and ask for a 3 billion advance so he can buy a video game and he'll give it to him!! Plus hes 19 and calls his dad "papa" with no chagrin from silva... thats his baby :)
And!! silva squishes a chimera ant for bothering his dad and then goes "huh? Oh should i not have?" after the bastards already dead whhwhw if not for his scary face he'd come off just like illu ok I SWEAR HEAR ME OUT

This post is not a joke: Ruin gives us enough clues to know that Bonnie was attacked by Freddy the day he disappeared, and Monty saw the attack.
