Too much movement makes your joints hurt and too little movement also makes your joints hurt. This would imply that there’s an optimal amount of movement that allows your joints to not hurt. This is a lie.

My evening drinking tea and answering emails. First day back at my daily job! The best thing I can do to balance my job productivity and my personal creative work is to have breaks (if I can) to read and listen to lectures.

“women are so mean to men now” they were putting arsenic in their coffee back in the day

I truly cannot stand the revisionist idea of women in the past that misogynists have. No, they were not perfect. No, they were not all good mothers. No, they certainly weren’t all submissive wives. No, they were not more kind, patient and trusting with men, through large swaths of history they didn’t want to be alone with them. Women in the past were being held hostage by men and many were punching up when they could.
