I write music, especially for my novels. I have a soundtrack for Peter Hart available on AO3. However, I’ll share two compositions here:

I’ve always been a “Jack of All Trades” type, and I love sharing my creativity and culture with the world and making our lives a little more bright ✨

Yes, I am a gamer. My current obsessions are Legend of Zelda (BOTW/TOTK), Stardew Valley, Spyro the Dragon, Sly Cooper, and Genshin Impact.

I also know about a variety of other video games from my husband, including but not limited to: Dark Souls, Bloodborne, Elden Ring, Ghosts of Tsushima, Remnant (I and II), Armored Core 6, EDF, Helldivers (I and II), and all the ones I mentioned previously as well 💍 ✨

✨📖 Philosophy📖✨

My philosophy is as such: It doesn’t take a whole lot of effort to be kind. That means, you may see me positive-posting a lot. The world needs a little more light, and a lot more motivated minds✨

If you are ever troubled, want a friend to chat with, share ideas and stories, and are 18 or older, my ask box and DMs are always open. Just know it may take a little longer to get back to you due to the aforementioned things I’m doing. 🫠

The most annoying thing about Noah’s new house is that it’s easy to get lost in it…what with his roommate constantly shifting rooms around to give the place a “fresh look” 🧞‍♂️

At least each day is a new adventure for the two of them. Not a dull moment in that household, certainly 😂

Tenshi would start listing all the things that bring positivity and joy, how warm and comfortable he feels when around Ita, and how thankful he is every day that Ita gave him a chance and brought him into his life. His infectious joy would cause even the hardened Yoji to crack a small smile.

Ita automatically cheers Tenshi up just by merely existing around him. But…when Ten is in a particularly down mood…Itazura offers to take a long ride in his car, go to the library to pick out a book, or an impromptu shopping spree. That usually perks the angel right up 🪽✨

They canonically bake manju together in an adorable scene of fluff and flour. Ita always wanted to be a chef, so being able to do his passion with a man he’s passionate about is a match made in, well….heaven on earth 🪽💛

I plan to do a double book release sometime in the future, since I will be finishing two of them around the same time. Fair warning: it may be out of the blue ✨

✨ Motivational Mondays ✨

Hello, all! It’s been a while, hasn’t it?

Thank you to all the kind DMs and asks that wondered if I was okay. I appreciate all of the sweet words of concern, and want to quell that worry with this post 💛

I have been doing well! Lately, I’ve hit a bit of a writer’s block, as juggling my work/life balance has been challenging this spring season. About this time last year, I announced a promotion at work (yay!) and towards the end of our fiscal year (which is now 😂), I get very busy with budgets, taxes, and all the adult responsibilities that I want to toss out the window. Hooray!

I’m hopeful that by summer, and at the start of the next fiscal year, I can free up some more time to write, make art, music, and socialize online. But for now, I gotta keep my nose to the grindstone 💪

More importantly, all the free time I’m able to scrape during the weekends, I spend time with my husband, friends, and family. With the tumultuous time of our nation, I’ve been devoting my days to supporting my loved ones, coworkers, and peers to help make the community a safe and welcoming place. I’ve also dedicated a lot of time to self-care, like reading and relaxing in the sunshine, going on hikes, and staying active. Rest assured, I’m still doing my best to make the days a little bit brighter ☀️

Take it easy, my fellow writers and artists. Keep writing, keep inspiring, and keep on keeping on 💫

Yes, everything is all good for me! I’m still typing away at ITROG, albeit much slower this season 😂

Work picked up pretty quickly, and with the promotions, meetings, collabs and tax season, I’ve unfortunately booked out lots of my time that I’d otherwise have browsing socials (I kinda figured this would happen with the promotion last year 😅) HOWEVER, I still check my tags and socials on occasion, and leave a like/comment when I catch them, so feel free to keep me updated! 💛

And as always, though life gets busy, I hope you’ve had time to relax and enjoy the sunshine….if that’s a possibility with where you are. ☀️

If I said, “at random intervals in my day,” would you believe me? 😂

Usually, I’d be brushing my teeth, and when I put the toothpaste on the bristles of the toothbrush, my brain would go “heh heh 😈.” Or maybe the time my husband told me, “I’ll be coming around 5pm” and I replied with “You better be 😏” (His response was something like “😑”).

These thoughts can be a bit intrusive at times, but it happens around the people I’m most comfortable with letting down around, aka my husband, close friends, and beta readers. It makes for interesting moments for sure, when I’m able to just let down and give my brain about 30 minutes a day to daydream and just….get creative. Usually when I’m meditating, letting my brain create and develop stories and scenarios uninterrupted is how I make moments like in my books 💛
