I have 10 black Manastone and only have to use the one with 41 to break mana the for all of them and 2 red hoodies to scale my heath infinitely because each encounter my bracelet does one damage to me adding 6 health permanently and with each use of the black Manastone withe 41 all the other blackmanastone increase infinitely by 1 and 8 rage on my wand and six golden wellstones and about 800 mana I can kill anything this build can't be stoped any health lose is regained through my 2 heartstones and healing wellstone.
When will the Android version of Backpack Hero be released? I'm so eager to play it that I've already finished the demo thousands of times. I need news!!!
the gem accessory "the pearl" isnt working with the fish sword though the sword has weapon in its item category edit - none of the gem accessories are working with it for some reason dont know if its a bug or what
Made it to 81 lvl. Not enough damage to beat the +100k King boss. -1hp every cleaver strike is to much and I tried different placement of Gemstone Hearts. But it is possible to go further with better upgraded Black Mana Stones for armor ring and more rage on cleavers from the Smith. One of the best builds, going to try explosive arrows next.
Kinda impressive that you made it this far without duct tape. Duct tape is the legendary thing that passes effect to adjacent items(including "use cleaver")

Well now i feel stupid, 1 hour of messing about and $20 less in my pocket and i still cant play this on my phone.....witch sucks as i would mich rather play this then hiker....but hiker works on my phone...
Longbow + explosive arrow + mouse wood + dark mana stone going strong, don't even really use the 2nd arrow except for the king. Bottom arrow 7x golden whetstone and 8x badger.

So belt of knives is just a tad op... 3 haste on shield now, 5 rage on one of the cleavers, even more cleavers than before, and i'm on floor 75 and still going very strong (casual 17k damage in ONE ENERGY)
Finally got a good cleaver build going: The main thing I've learned is that cleansing flame is a REQUIREMENT, otherwise King and repsecutioner will just... evaporate you from one attack. The cleaver that the knight shield activates gives 3 rage per use so I got really good scaling too. Floor 37 and still going decently strong! (Anyone got any tips on how to make this better)
So round shield plus shield spirit is kinda insane. I have this build going which easily gets hundreds of block and a moderate amount of damage, poison is probably gonna smite this run here soon though since my damage isn't enough to one-turn enemies
I used 2 energy units with my shield for this damage output. Currently there are 6 haste on the shield, 10 rage on the King Cleaver and 1 on another Queen Cleaver. As long as I am not faced with 3 Enemies, which I can't kill with 4 rotations, I would assume this lucky build could go very far.
everything, like the chefs hat, the cleavers, the healing stone. e.g. you see the lower king cleaver (green) next to the shield is highlighted, it would then activate every other cleaver which has the white stripped borders, thats what the duct tape is doing.
I dont know what is not working on it, maybe mana stuff, but otherwise, everything should do fine
After some further testing, I can't seem to figure it out; the knight's shield doesn't pass its affect to the duct tape, nor does amethyst and I don't think the cleaning rag works on it either...
The duck tape passes any effect that is placed on it on the first tiles above, below, to the left, and to the right, but not crosswise. Example 1: If an emerald were to effect the duck tape, if a weapon was beside the duck tape, even if not above or below the emerald, it would be effected by the emerald. Example 2: If an arrow were to be pointing at the duck tape, empty spaces that would not count toward the arrow's damage, would effect it if it were adjacent. Hope this helps.
it won't change much, i just tried it and had less rage, i mean the shield activated the green cleaver next to the tape and then all the cleavers were activated aswell.
I thought I was overpowered... Then two bats killed me with poison.
The rapier has received two golden whetstones and an add one rage upgrade. The shield has received an extra four block upgrade and an add one haste upgrade.

Hello! I bought Backpack Hero for Switch, but that version is laggy and the controls aren't as good as on pc
It also has some visual bugs and overall feels worse than when I saw others play it
Is there any way to take back my version on switch and give me one here on itch?

Pretty strong block build I got here, casual 999 block and 1k spikes on turn 3
3 haste on one of the golden shields and six energy total, not much damage on the first use but it adds up quickly
kinda similar to cleaver build but all the cleavers are golden shields
Impressive but what about snakes vampires and poison
I just kill them in a few turns with the bashing shield. Would be a problem when they have more hp though

I like how you formed a literal belt of knives.
Got a similar build to yours, with the rightmost jack's +6 rage per use, nearly 44k damage in one energy, and that's without the ring of doom.
note that its okay to have only jacks on the duct tape belt cuz it has one more damage than the kings, and its going to activate all of the other ones

Turns out it was the spikes from the King that got me in the end... dang.
red sweater + scaling (per turn) healing is the only way to beat scaling damage.

it also is worth noting that mana stuff doesn't work because its not conductive. (ring of doom will still work tho)
just a suggestion, if u still have the run going, switch the shield to be next to the duct tape, as it will use all of the connected cleavers
