It’s a stupid question because it’s being asked by his boss. The joke is that this person who has power over your livelihood doesn’t understand the basics of your job, and he decides whether you get a raise!

It would be nice to reclaim transfeminism from the people who are fixated on how throwing slurs at nonbinary people is supposedly liberating.
And as someone who sincerely does not consider men and women to be fundamentally all that different I’m also not a fan of how often the same circles end up sort of essentializing various actions and traits or modifying their value based on the gender of the person involved.
I don’t know how to explain to you that treating women as the inherently more interesting gender while men are the “boring” default is just taking normie sexism at face value.
Being put on a pedestal where you are Absolutely Nothing Like Men (violent and perverted subhumans) because you are a woman instead is not just still sexism it is just the logical conclusion of the most basic traditional sexism we all grew up with.
Just treat women as human beings instead of as just opposites of men (complimentary).
Also I am 100% a pervert and proud of it and I don’t think it’s any better or worse when I do it than when a man does it.
