Ugh, demand avoidance sucks. I’m so overwhelmed I haven’t done anything fun in 2 days. Just literally sat and stared. Anyone else have this problem? Anyone know how to tackle it? I’ve tried breaking things into smaller steps but I don’t even know where to start sometimes. Sometimes I’d rather sleep then fucking decide… 😤
