These tracks were built by hand, one groove at a time, until they started moving on their own. San Francisco sunshine, burned straight to tape. Fuzzed out warmth, funky drums, lo-fi edges, and melodies that hang back just enough to let the rhythm breathe.

Every record I make ends up being a little time capsule. Years of a life, trapped in cheap plastic. Side Five is what 2025 sounded like: light spilling through dusty windows, kids laughing in the next room, guitar strings buzzing out of tune...

This year, I kept finding myself remembering my own childhood. I tried to pull it forward through time: what happiness and living easy felt like to me back then. Speaking to a ghost. Maybe a friendly one.

It’s the kind of record that sneaks up on you — not loud, but alive.
