* dropout (mostly d20) + naddpod blog. I talk a lot because I like talking. sometimes I draw.

So many characters should be permanently disabled in multiple ways or AT THE VERY LEAST have severe chronic pain but everyoens a coward so no one writes the effects of the injuries they inflict </3

#dimensions your 20#to be fair! with their crazy healing magic I v much buy that MOST of their injuries are whatever#but like. aelwyn???? months of torture? no. that has to have a permanent effect on her#also Fabian's eye!! which. ok. you could argue he didn't seek out someone with a seventh level regenerate (which. i would assume is the#only thing that could've theoretically worked at that point) bc there just wasn't anyone OR for 'sentimental' symbolic reasons but I#personally like to think that after a certain time stuff is permanent and you have to do the healing magic stuff immediately. which didn't#Happen. because he went to go fight a dragon and stuff. so.#it'd be cool if that wasn't 'purely' cosmetic but also actively affected him in canon#esp bc he'd have to be lucky for it to 'only' affect his vision and not have side complications. but oh well I guess that's a bit much for#dnd character#also Maxwell Gotch. Theres just. ok let's not try to be realistic with him.#but I do think everything catches up to him eventually and he is. riddled with chronic pain eventually. and has to adjust his adventuring#Style (I don't think he'd stop!) much younger than he thought. chwatever
