why can i ask myself stuff
i don’t fucking know man
i made this as a example of what i do not want to see done to my random creatures, but i have grown attached to this being in particular, its now canon that shades can get disconnected from their manifestations, if this happens they typically enter people’s homes, if a shade goes long enough without being forcefully being removed from a home they start to grow attached to the home owner and other residents, when this happens they try to take on the traits of stuff like cats to try and get the home owner’s attention and prevent the people in the house from getting a flashlight and evicting them. basically if a disconnected shade remains in your house long enough you basically gain a really weird housecat
its a shame taco bell got rid of the breakfast menu
children's literature is the most important thing in the whole world. LOL
what i genuinely think is really awesome is that the two books that had the biggest impact on me as a kid were both just something i grabbed at random from my local library and were both written by authors who have two sentence long wikipedia pages. you never know what 10 year old needs to see what you put out into the world i guess
realized how important a book was so i looked up the author on wikipedia, found she is still alive and sent her a email thanking her
dumbass
