Lemme tell you, working in PR and seeing the way F is tanking his career without even knowing it yet... He's a nightmare client fr. Once public sentiment has tipped into the negative, it can become close to impossible to turn it around, even if it's over benign shit, and he buries himself even deeper every time he opens his mouth. When you're promoting a project, your job is to be loyal and serve it -- the self-promotion is a byproduct. This man has lost the plot entirely. Ambiguity breeds interest and invasion, and he's openly feeding into it because it benefits him to be thought of as on C's level and associated with his star quality. F has no self-control, no regard for the project or the people making it. You know how on tv shows, after the will-they-won't-they chemistry ends in the couple getting together, interest in the show wanes? This happens irl with the stars too. The more he dances with the rumor, the worse he's making the situation. If he actually gave a shit about C, he'd be handling this very differently. He isn't new to the industry, he should know certain things by now, but I guess he's too narcissistic to care. The appeal of the show is that it's giving viewers 1) the warm and fuzzies, and 2) the hot and hornies, and H+C and Jacob naturally bring that energy through their genuine personalities. Meanwhile, F is coming off like a clout-chasing diva who thinks he's better than everybody. It's never a good idea to condescend to fans, period. There are ways to ask people to back off gently and that's not what he's doing. I pity his team, if he even has one. You notice how the major agencies haven't picked him up but they've been all over H+C? There are usually reasons for that, sometimes ones we don't even know about, because these firms do their due diligence and know who's worth the investment and who's a red flag. I hope Jacob isn't too Canadian to drop him because F as a person is mega toxic to the HR brand.

You're hitting the nail on the head. He truly just obliterated any possibility for his career to pick up with this clout-chasing reputation he seemed to have brought upon himself. He's not going to go anywhere career-wise and he's a mediocre actor as well.

I don't even think he has a team around him, he's lashing out in tantrums against the fans, someone said he doesn't even have a publicist these days.
