As a mirror, Amir has observed every facet of a persons life. He reflects their best, their worst, and sees people at their most vulnerable moments. Despite everything he still sees the beauty of it all. In his realized ending Amir talks about how excited he is to be able to finally feel the things he dreamed of. So, in this piece I wanted to depict Amir just enjoying that feeling of being ALIVE. Splashing in the water, feeling the warmth of the sun on his skin with a smile of pure unrelenting joy that almost feels childlike. Because he finally became the thing he admired the most. A living, breathing, and loving human being.
