Added some colors based on my experience (im in a unicorn quad) stability to me is defined on how possible it is to change due to internal dynamics. unstability is when there is a high chance for : 1.) a new bond to be formed 2.) bonds to be broken or 3.) new people to be added. yellow and orange are just gradients of this, and their names are pretty self describing.
