The Mudman Masterpost

I actually found something halfway pinworthy for this silly adventure. Anyhow. Below are the links to the various stories I have for my Artemis Fowl/The Mummy AU which I have titled The Mudman (a very silly endeavor developed after a conversation with @weeinterpreter and subsequently enabled by a whole bunch of you lovely people who indulge in my ridiculousness, particularly @makowrites and @thefinaljediknight).

I'll try to update the list as I write and keep the snippets in (roughly) chronological order, but I really can't make any promises because my brain is like a bag of cats.

I can’t speak for other social media webbed sites but I really enjoy how tumblr seems to just completely spin a wheel on whatever media is hot right now. Like yeah sometimes it’s a new show that’s big and actively coming out but also sometimes there will be a solid month where half my dash is Columbo memes. Defy authority. Get really into an book from the 1800s. Watch shows that haven’t aired in 40 years. Celebrate the anniversary of the Boston Molasses Flood. Become unmarketable

Tron: Ares was pretty good. It would have been better if Ares were played by anyone else, honestly, and I would have infinitely preferred if it was a sequel to Legacy instead of another soft reboot.

in my mind "its not that deep" depends on how much the person is enjoying themselves, especially when it comes to fandom stuff. fans making lengthy character analysis out of a character with 2 seconds of screentime? theyre having a grand ol' time playing make believe in the shallow end of the pool and im not gonna stop their fun. people making discourse and starting fights over those same nothingburger characters? you are acting like you are drowning in an inch of water. stand up. youre fine.
