Music was my first love - from radio DJ to voice actor, or an interview with Greg Marston, the voice of Xavier Calcazar

Last year, I interviewed Christopher Tester, the voice of Heinrix van Calox in Owlcats CRPG Rogue Trader, with the intention of making it into a series of interviews with all the voice actors lending their voices to this stellar game. For various reasons, that project was put on hold, but the recent 5th Rogue Trader gift exchange, where almost all voice actors returned to revive their characters and deliver devastatingly good performances, reminded me of my idea. A bit later, here we are with the first of many more interviews to come.

Join Greg Marston, the voice of Xavier Calcazar, as he looks back on a storied career, shares never-before-heard insights into the Lord Inquisitor we love to hate, and talks about the highs and lows of being a voice actor for more than 30 years. Greg was incredibly generous with his time, and the hour flew by as we talked about our shared love of music and performing on stage, why he doesn't do vocal warm-ups, and which projects he enjoys voicing most.
