UGHHH I could go on such a long rant about how applicable this is to Boba, because it IS, but suffice to say that this is so very accurate. He’s been scarred and abused his whole life. His only safety, his father, was torn from him and he had nothing or no one. Naturally he grew up to be the best, just like his father, because that’s the only thing he knows to be…even though he deserves and is capable of so, so much more!
Let it be known I’m 1000% cooking up a fic based on this, so stay tuned…

When I heard something with Boba Fett with his Rancor, I first thought alright I’ll draw him majestically riding it. But then I saw a photo of a boy cuddling his cow, and I did some rethinking.

Wow, whaddya know, I’m having more Boba thoughts…I don’t know if it’s just me (I seriously doubt it) but the holidays can be hard. Obviously that’s for a million varying reasons, but as always I feel Boba would have his own ways of bringing comfort.
So here’s some Modern!Boba x f!reader headcannons because I’m always a sucker for intertwined universes and AU storylines! Perhaps this is a bit self-indulgent but it’s been spinning in my head for days! (And this probably won’t be the last of this particular headcannon lol…)
It’s wild to believe it’s Christmas, and that 2025 is drawing to a close, at last. It’s been…a year. Honestly everything since 2023 hasn’t been easy, and I’ve regrettably been too busy and overwhelmed to write more content with my beloved Boba. However, I randomly came across this, and it warmed my heart so much - so I wanted to share it in hopes that it can do the same for someone else!
It also gave me the push I needed to find some inspiration to keep writing - there’s still so many stories and ideas I have for more Boba content, and I’m determined to not let 2026 be another year of discouragement and low creativity. Especially now that it sadly doesn’t seem likely that we’ll be getting new Boba content from Disney any time soon (I’m pissed btw) it has inspired me to keep writing!

At long last, I am returning with chapter seven of Moth to a Flame! I always wanted to dive back into this story, and I’m happy to say I am already writing chapter eight as we speak! The PI!Boba AU has existed for a long time in my brain and some very vague idea posts which you can find here but I was never quite sure what to do with it or how to gather the inspiration and courage to actually finish it because it is so very self-indulgent lol anyway, i am also tagging @catsnkooks and @bitchin-beskar bc without the gc this would have taken another 3 years
I also want to explicitly state that this is a daddy kink fic which puts emphasis on the age gap and the fact that Reader is quite inexperienced (though clearly an adult). I know that this is not for everyone so please proceed with caution.
