I will never forgive Boruto for what it did to Naruto and especially Sasuke’s characters, so here's (part of) my version :D

Most of Sasuke's arc is about him dealing with loneliness and learning that he doesn’t have to be alone. He also mentioned that he wanted to travel the world with new eyes not tainted by hatred, so I like the idea that he enjoys helping people and (in his own awkward way) making connections. That way he learns about the importance of bonds and heals from his past. (I also like the idea of him reconnecting with the people of Konoha but never with the village itself. He'll visit often but never stay for too long).

On the other hand Naruto had three main reasons to go with Sasuke. The first is the one mentioned in the comic, that he was worried Sasuke would be lonely. The second one is to see the world with his own eyes and learn about it so that he doesn’t have Konoha’s biased opinion and can help everyone when he becomes Hokage. The last reason is that he wants to spend time with Sasuke, but he'll never admit it ;)

Cannot stop thinking about how little and yet how much Sakura matters to the plot. She’s a part of team 7. She’s a student of a Sannin. She’s one of the only people that never stopped loving Sasuke no matter what she did. She was the first to defeat an Akatsuki member. And yet! Nobody ever told her the truth about the Uchiha massacre. She was knocked out for the entirety of Sasuke and Naruto’s last fight. Hagoromo thanked everybody but her. She tries to kill Sasuke and doesn’t even scratch him. Every single time she lies somebody immediately calls her out and it has almost no real effect on the story. Her parents are only shown in anime filler episodes. We never actually learn why she became a Shinobi. We never see Sasuke accepting her love. Her only purpose during the wave arc was to walk up a tree. She trains for three years to help Sasuke and yet has zero impact on his “redemption arc.” Nothing she does is allowed to matter and it drives me insane

I have a suggestion.

The Time That Remains is available free on youtube (with baked-in English subtitles). It is a semiautobiographical film by Elia Suleiman, that follows his Palestinian family across the years from 1948, the beginning of occupation to the then-present day in four chapters. I highly recommend it, a favourite of mine.

I will say the reason why you guys care that much about rape and child sexual abuse and not non sexual abuse types is because it's sexual more than it is an abuse but we are not ready for that.
