I don't know what you've been through, and we don't talk, but like, just know that whoever you're around who is telling you it's cringe to be upset, THEY SUCK. I constantly hear a certain friend say "idk why I am crying, I'm such a cry baby" and I ALWAYS respond with something along the lines of "it's okay, you're feeling emotions and that's really valid"
Because it IS valid to cry, even if it's over nothing, but also often it's not over nothing
It might be hormone imbalance, or something has been poking you (either mentally or physically) without you noticing, or maybe even you know but can't really recognize it?
But also tbh crying over legit nothing is also valid sometimes that's just what is needed!
I say this from a pov of someone who rarely cries because I've suppressed it for too long and too much and is actively working on crying more
Because sadness and expressing that sadness is literally needed, it's important. It really is!
So here I am, I probably don't know you reading this, but you are valid for your emotions. Whether that being sadness, anger, happiness, and you're valid in your state of being.
Go feel emotions, it's Healthy.
And hold hope for the day that you meet the person who will let you be you. They exist.🫂
