retro willows - a gshade preset by dryad

on my most recent build video, i got a comment on what gshade preset i use. so i decided to make it up for download!

IMPORTANT INFO, PLEASE READ:

🤍 a text document is included with the download incase any numbers in the preset get messed up, and need fixing. [i know when i try to copy presets the numbers change for me, so this is just incase :)]

🤍 i include a second version of the preset, the one i use for screenshots. it is promptly named "retro willows [screenies] by dryad"

gshade preset [comfort zone] by 5soofy

Hi guys!🐣 I haven't been here for a very long time. Literally. The last post was made in 2017. Can't believe it's been 5 years. But all this time I didn’t forget about Tumblr and the Sims Community and followed every change.

And actually, these were global changes that influenced me too. My gaming style has changed so much. As u can remember, in past I created only alpha lookbooks. But smth about 3 years ago I switched to maxis cc in my game and now I’m creating my perfect save file (which has been in the work for two years, I even had to upgrade my laptop for this). One day, I'm sure, I'll post it and share it with you.

Also, I’ll start posting my cc soon, so will be very glad for your support on my Patreon page.

And now, I want to share my gshade preset, which I created for a nice and cozy picture. Hope you like it too and download it.

(Turning off Edge Smoothing will allow the MXAO shadows to work on the CAS Background)

Grunge CAS Background - with mirror

CAS background number two is here! And while I wanted to make thins one a more minimal, light room, I just got caught up in my grunge era and went all grungy! I love the lighting in this one! Please note that I used reshade so colours won't be exactly like this in your game.

I used CC from my own Teen Grunge Decor set, that you can find here   if you want to add some grunge to your teen rooms.
