I simply wanted to send a message because every now and again, I come back to this blog to go through all the jokes and fun times that used to happen here every day. I also wanted to wish you and those you care for to always be well fed and safe, despite the world around us. And I truly hope to know that everyone is safe after the world eventually, hopefully, gets better. Ill try my damnedest to be there, too. And if I'm not there, I'll go down swinging and hope to take some horrid people with me.

To those who have approached me since—know that you saw a curated and edited version of me. Oft times I might play into or with something. There were reasons for that. I was tracking behavior. I learned what I wanted to. It ended as predicted despite attempts to subvert.

Hello Simon! I was just wondering how to access Simon's Snacks and the first book of Creature's Cookbook on tapas? It is unlisted and I'm not sure if its meant to be that way or an error on tapas haha
I honestly have no idea. I no longer deal with them. If you want the books or snacks I can put them somewhere to find. Just give me a minute.
Though it's no real concern of yours, I've been looking to get my hands on a copy of the creature's cookbook and the creature's cookbook monster's mise en place, do you know of any way to get ahold of them? The first book is the only one I can find online anywhere but tapas, and at this point in time I'd be willing to have a PDF of them and learn book binding to print my own copy.
I am the only one with any copies. I never had any intention of making it permanently available.

Hi, Simon! It's been a minute. I'm not sure if you'll get this, but I hope you're doing well out there, if not at least okay-ish. I just wanted to say thank you. Thank you for sharing your story with the world, and helping to teach old words, and being kind as everything has gotten upended. I definitely understand leaving social media. It's a cesspool out there and people are cruel. But I'm glad you're still out there somewhere, being your wonderful self and making the world a little spookier. I hope your circle out there appreciates you as much as I know I have.
I did not leave entirely because of behavior. I came here to study. I got what I was after. Seems pointless to stay. You don’t need me. And nothing I say actually penetrates as broad an audience as would be successful. The sheer mass of humans and their propensity to use emotion rather than reason to make decisions is an obstacle.
Now that the USA has decided to become an authoritarian regime, I have other work to do. Work that’s far more messy and substantial.
I haven’t done this dance in a while.

It's good to see you back, Simon. You've lived for a while. Can you confidently say that this is the worst era of humanity? Because it feels that way.
By no means is it. It perhaps feels that way because you’re closer than you’ve ever been to real enlightenment. These are the death throes of the old ways.
