all my love to other autistic people who just know jack shit. the ones who have no "infodump" locked and loaded, nothing they can rattle off the top of their head. the ones who have a specific interest in certain things but still not knowing a lot about it. autistic people who will never be able to memorise fun facts about something no matter how fundamental it is to them as a subject. the point of autistic interests are not being a secret expert on random shit, you just like it a real big amount

people saying “don’t use your full government name for your ao3”, “create different emails for work and personal use” but personally I think it’s both sad and dystopian how capitalism/companies/even schools think they have the rights to cross your personal boundaries and insert themselves into your personal life. like, I get it, safety wise, why checking digital footprints can be important sometimes. but a gay fanfiction is not a fucking threat that could ever cause anybody harm. it’s funny (not really, it’s still sad and dystopian) how they now think they can control your personal life and prevent you from having hobbies

WRONG. talk about it. shout about it. yell about it. scream about it. so what if it’s a fanfic? it’s done with love and passion. it’s art created by a fellow human being who, despite life and lord knows what battle they may or may not be going through, probably stayed up all night writing it before they shared it with the world for free. they’d probably spent months or years writing it. it’s as much a piece of art and literature as any other art and literature that aren’t fanfics. and unlike artists who make profit off their works, fanfic writers truly write for free, because they are that passionate about their stories. the least we can do is show them our love and appreciation.

Fun fact: if you, as an adult, tell miserable children that their youth is the best that life will ever be, and that it's all just downhill from there, there's a percentage of them who will hear this and think "well, I guess I better kill myself before that happens." And a certain percentage of those will proceed to do that and succeed.

Anyway what I'm saying is that any time you feel tempted to say that, you should instead consider shutting the fuck up. Just because you peaked at 16 doesn't mean anyone else did. Most peoples' lives get better than that.

Fun fact: if someone tells you that they've got misophonia and that they can't stand a specific sound, and you start making that sound on purpose and won't stop doing it before they forcibly physically stop you from doing it, you were the one who escalated the situation to violence.

Hey can you guys reblog Cheeseburger so he can take a sunbeam nap on lots of blogs. No other reason I just want you guys to see him.

Cemeteries are not wastes of space. Historical cemeteries ESPECIALLY are not wastes of space. The fact developers are continuously foaming at the mouth to destroy them and put a strip mall up in their place should make you even more determined to help maintain them. In urban areas, they are a haven for wildlife. They are a green space. If you are too afraid of death to utilize them for that purpose, that is on you.

It’s Autumn when you first hear the whispers of the wolves.

“Strange beasts.” Whisper your neighbors at the market, bending low in hushed tones to whisper to you at your stall, where colored glass hangs from the beams above and waxed bottles lay piled on shelves. “They said they saw them by the old forest.”

You pay no mind to it, at least at first. In a town as small as yours, there’s always a tall tale of some kind- a whisper of a ghost or strange sound among the trees. They’re only fables, things meant to scare children into bed and keep them mindful of their parents. At worst they’re spoken of by the priests, a warning against those who don’t turn to the faith of their gods. Yet you- you know. You know that some stories are far more true than they seem.

what do you mean elon musk did a nazi salute on live tv at the united states presidential inauguration twice and is now erasing the evidence off the internet by replacing the footage with the crowd cheering instead?

would be a shame if people reblogged this, wouldn’t it?

Despite your political views, know that it is not a good thing that the United States of America just decided to send an air strike to multiple cities of Venezuela at 3am in the morning of January 3rd, breaking several local and international laws in the process. They're counting the dead and the ones that are hurt. People were on vacation, sleeping, celebrating with hope for a new year.

It is not a good thing and it never will.

This means they can do that whenever they can without consequences. What happens today to us in Venezuela can happen to any other country at any time the US government wants.

They've done it before, they're doing it again.

Don't let this go unspoken just because you're not directly affected and don't wait until there are many people dead or starving to raise your voice against this 🙏🙏

i love being single except every few months when i want to be loved so bad that it eats me alive and makes me physically ill for two weeks but like the rest of the time im chill
