i don't have a whole ton of set rules for this blog, but the one i will hold to is that i do not think "image_friend" is relevant or even a character or entity at this point in time. i do not like it. i do not want to engage with it. do not try to convince me it has any relevance. please try to be respectful of that if you can – it tends to be a brainweirdness trigger for me to see it discussed as though it is a given. if you want more of my thoughts on it, please consider reading through the second part of this. thank you!

i am really curious as to what the shelter looks like from the inside both when there is and when there isn't isn't a dark fountain present. i assume it's, well, a shelter, so it's probably a makeshift place to live, but what does that constitute? what kind of objects would be inside? what kind of darkners?

i have a lot of asks i do want to answer including one about voiceclaims that i want to make a proper compilation for. but i. m. meen is my voiceclaim for rouxls kaard. largely because it seems at least slightly backed by canon?

regarding the shadow crystals; it makes sense that the knight drops one, given they're the lightner that quite literally shapes the dark worlds according to their will. they could easily snap and produce one, just as they draw their blade to shape fountains. the neo body tracks, too; i think it's interesting as a point proving they don't come exclusively from the knight, as that crystal seems to come from the will of the lightner that used swatch's hands to make neo. the old man's case is sort of in-between these, then; the old man mentions he thinks someone wanted him to have it, but who that someone is may very well be the strange someone who contacted jevil and acted as spamton's benefactor, not the knight. but it easily could've been the knight, too; since the old man's case seems markedly different from the ones involving the strange someone. either way, though, i'm curious as to where jevil's came from, since it doesn't seem like the knight is just handing them out to bosses as a strict rule.

and when you bring seam all of the shadow crystals and they say "ah, wonderful! just wonderful! ... but it seems you're missing one. yes, just one crystal... ah, but you're in luck! i happen to know exactly where that crystal is! trouble is... well, would i really be wise to give up such an artifact at this juncture..? hee hee... no, i think not..!"

anyways . strange words stuck inside their cotton. i'm sure that little dangling thread won't be pulled on later. (lying ).

in 2026 you have to promise not to fill the entire tag with nothing but deltarune tomorrow "jokes". you have to remember that there's still so much game to discuss and remember that TWO whole chapters released only half a year ago. you have to be patient and let the new chapter come when it comes. you cannot let yourself fall into the pit of turning storytelling into fast-fashion. okay?
