Cursed or not

inspired by the speech bubble I found on Pinterest. I think it came out pretty cute!

I made it my new banner but I am so happy I actually colored this one!

I have been so occupied with work that I haven't felt good about any art I do. I did a few others before this one that I despise. However I really like the way this came out. I was gonna color and clean it up but maybe another day. Anyways if you read this ramble, then thank you and hi happy new years! :)

Help I saw the photo below and couldn't help but envision Dean being thrown over Castiel's shoulders with a bucket hanging around his head after excessively binge drinking. Of course Sam is living his best third wheel life too!

I love silly, soft moments between these two because they were so rare yet so alluring! Anyways, holy crap, I feel like it's been super long since i posted but working has drained my creativity. I made a small funny moment between early Dean and Castiel after remembering that Castiel can sniff people and understand what is wrong or going on internally. The second was a silly rough draft. I wasn't gonna show it but my brother said to post it as is, no adding on, just as is. So I did. lol anyways enjoy! (Also small borderlands mention.)

Happy fourth of July everyone! (technically I'm posting this on the fifth, but we don't talk about it.) I remembered the cute heaven scene where dean's happy memory involves a tiny Sam enjoying fireworks and I'm kinda sad we never got to see Jack or Castiel's reaction to a fourth of July celebration. Also do you think Castiel would have PTSD over the fireworks? Seeing as it would resemble the angels fall.

The fact we never got to see an episode with priest Sam and Dean + Castiel live reaction just made my imagination go wild.

Dean's solution to any problem.

I know I'm not the first to do something like this but I found a picture on pinterest that I just had to mimic using Dean.

This is kind of hard to answer because I think each could be both and share the qualities, it also depending on the season because their personalities shifted quite a bit between seasons.

But if I had to pick who shows a greater similarity to the trait.

(I know this answer is kinda basic but lemme explain.)

Sam tends to be more expressive and gentle, always the more calm and rational one. I thought back to the episode where young Sam falls for Amy pond, and was able to look more on the inside than what was on the outside; Amy being a monster was overlooked by him because he could see how kind and misunderstood she was, something Sam saw as relatable. Also he tends to be more empathetic and open. Sam is able to understand and express himself more freely.

Where as, Dean is guarded. He is sharp, witty, blunt and sarcastic. I am not saying Dean is cruel or that he is a hard ass. However, he was John's "tool" for a reason. Since he was the age 4 Dean had been molded into the perfect weapon allowing him to be strong, quick and alert. With all the training and constant alertness, due to taking care of Sam as child and at times his father it left him no room to express himself in a healthy way. His personality became more aggressive and emotionally constipated/guarded. Constantly wearing a shield around himself and unable to be vulnerable with anyone, except for the rare moments he shares with Sam and Cas.

Sorry I know this explanation is kinda sucky, but it's hard for me to explain in a better, more understanding way because this is how I view them based on feelings. I hope I was able to shed some light into my reasoning.

I really like the idea if they were to have gotten together this is something Castiel would do. Cherish the love and affection he receives from Dean and returns it 3 folds. Especially during times when Dean expects Castiel to shit talk him instead he pours so much love and earnest feelings toward Dean, because it's what he deserves! Don't fight fire with fire, fight fire with love and understanding.🥹
