What's your opinion on keyboard/mouse macros?
at least 0.8-1g protein per lb of body weight is essential for proper development/muscle growth. I personally like eating lower carb and higher fat, as it keeps me fuller for longer and I don't get carb crashes that way, but as long as you are getting healthy sources of carbs (sourdough bread, potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice, fruit) and healthy sources of fats (olive/avocado oil, butter, animal fats) you can split them however you like to fit your daily calories
