I am an Angel, Divine being of light, and the literal excistence of the Sun Shining.

This blog is for me to share my thoughts and experiences as I reside on this earth in this vessel.

You do not have to be pure or white and clean to be an angel.

I'm not a great example, because I am fallen. But be trashy, be loud and chaotic angel, fight people, be rowdy, shit do what you like without trying to fit in to "Classy and pure" bullshit people force upon.

btw anyone can be an angel, no angel is more angelic than another because they’re “more pure” or because of how they look (white, blonde hair, etc.)

That’s human propaganda!

You, no matter how “flawed” you are, can be an angel if you feel like you are one. There’s no rules to being angelic, and there’s especially no look or skin color that’s more angelic than another.

Keep racism and bigotry out of alterhumanity!

Crash Course From A Black Otherkin

Preface

I encourage everyone to read this, especially if you are white. I made this post long enough to talk about the points in decent detail, but short enough to be digestible. It is about the different ways the nonhuman communities make people of color feel unwelcome and why.

My askbox is open usually all the time, so I'm also open to answering questions about this. I want people to read. I want people to ask questions when they don't understand. I even want people to do research on their own time to learn more (and I mean actually researching and not asking ChatGPT to think for you).

Where To Begin

That topic is more of a springboard for me to segue into where exactly things go wrong and how it causes people of color to feel unsafe participating in the communities (which can suck, because nonhumanity can be very isolating with no one to talk to about it!). I am very fond of medival imagery, I feel a connection to it, specifically religious medieval imagery.

And one has known (or at least had her suspicions) of it being connected to my identity?

Like I feel like maybe as an angel I interacted with the earth during that time? I have memories of being in these extravagant churches in the dark pressing hot coals to peoples mouths.

Anyways been scrolling on pinterest and a shit ton of religious medieval imagery has popped up and I started thinking about it again
