Insanity At Its Finest

@wackyhuntress

Literally have no idea what I’m doing

I do the opposite of gatekeeping, I’m not going to shut up until you like this thing as much as I do

here’s a wet pathetic man in a gifset to get you started and then I’m going to send you memes as propaganda

gatetossing: hurling the gate at passersby and attempting to capture them, regardless of whether they wanted to pass through the gate

Some Lore Tidbits from the Artbook:

(thank you to @asaara-writes and @liulyam for helping with the translations!)

  • Renoir was already a painter before meeting Aline and had a habit of staying in canvases for too long due to his creative passion, described explicitly as a tendency towards self-destruction.
  • Aline came from a more noble family than Renoir.
  • Alicia was the main victim of the writer's plot and Verso died in the fire while trying to rescue her.
  • Aline is consumed by guilt for failing to protect her children and Alicia's state after the fire haunts her mind for her inability to help her youngest.
  • Before the fire, Aline is described as dreamy, charming, passionate, and a little stubborn. She exudes a natural aura of leadership and confidence, interspersed with deep sadness and a cold determination.
  • Aline painted Verso first, and then Renoir. Lumière was created to give the Painted family a sense of normality and to give Verso a "beautiful and healthy living environment."
  • There is a cardinal rule for Painters in the real world where creating a copy of a real person, especially without their knowledge or consent, is considered an ethical violation.

what is this game besides turning a 16 years old into a nuclear bomb

for awhile I’ve been collecting images contemplating a form of interior design that captures the feeling of playing on a gmod server without having the correct textures and meshes downloaded

okay listen. fandom said “rumi is a soft unsure bottom 🥺” and i said yes, sometimes, valid, i eat that trope with a spoon because it’s delicious

BUT CANON RUMI???

“i’m everyone’s type” rumi???

leader of huntrx, nepo baby, center of attention, used to getting her way rumi???

that is not just a bottom.

that is a BRATTY bottom.

that is a girl who absolutely talks back.

that is a girl who pouts when she doesn’t get what she wants.

that is a girl who says “whatever” and then immediately wants someone to prove her wrong.

she’s not submissive in a quiet way she’s submissive in a:

pushes buttons

challenges you on purpose

shocked when someone actually challenges her back

kind of way

and in polytrix specifically??? you’re telling me zoey and mira are not tag-teaming her attitude???

zoey: patient, gentle, steady, absolutely knows how to ground her

mira: sees through the brat act immediately and is NOT impressed

rumi: “i just think it’s funny that you think you can tell me what to—”

rumi, five seconds later: “…why are you both looking at me like that.”

bottom? yes.

insecure sometimes? absolutely.

but also confident, mouthy, dramatic, and fully expecting to be chased.

it’s giving:

“i know i’m hot but also please pin me emotionally.”

anyway that’s my hill. i will die on it. thank you for coming to my ted talk.

I need the scenes of Celine recruiting Mira and Zoey to be as dramatic as possible. I don't wanna any of your auditions or strictly professional talks with parents, give me the level of dramatism of a hero recruiting a team in a superhero or spy movie.

I want Mira dramatically dancing in the studio, music ends, Mira stops in a final dramatic position breathing heavily, the voice from behind her echoes:

"You are a good dancer", – Mira turns facing Celine who was omniously standing in a doorway the whole time, – "And a good fighter", – Celine lowers her gaze on Mira's split knuckles from a fight in school

"Aren't these the same?" – Mira asks lifting her chin

"In more ways than you think," – Celine smirks.

End of the scene.

This level of dramatism. You see what I'm talking about?

I love Expedition 33 because they gave us a 16 year old girl in early 1900s France who dresses fairly masculine she's the main character that is so fucking cool and no one appreciates it enough
