person who assumes maleness as default and refuses to interrogate this: yeah this character has no gender, they're just a little Guy
something is weird with your baby’s genitals!! this might cause some slightly awkward hookups 30 years from now. as such it is imperative that we operate while its body is as small and prone to spontaneously dying as possible before it has the chance to form ANY OPINIONS
there's a whole world out there on tumblr
I saw this post and I couldn't believe it, but people who go like this aren't even operating on any kind of theological basis (the idea that you can get "cursed" by watching a movie or that TV somehow equals to the gospel). You tell this to your average priest or even pastor and they'll probably think you're going off the deep end.
just saw a tiktok of a guy who ate out a girl for two hours and then woke up the next day and ate her out again and took her out for breakfast and bought her flowers and then took her home and ate her out again. when is it my turn and can I have it in the lesbian flavor please
My NSFW Catgirls zine.

I barely even bit her and she came all over the place. Whore.
Never let anyone tell you that lesbians and trans people are diametrically opposed enemies or that lesbian=terf. The like us even more than we like ourselves, and anyone who ever interacts with the community outside hyper-online spaces can tell you that our two communities love and support each other.
The vast, vast majority of transphobia comes from cishet men and on top of that, the vast majority of TERFs are cishet women who are trying to pit our two communities against each other and try to use lesbians as a weapon to attack our community.
I love you, lesbians ❤️
Okay, so, these are solid data and they do support the idea that cis lesbians (in the UK, where this sample was collected) generally profess positive sentiments toward trans people. However, this particular survey measure lumps trans men and trans women together, which is (in my opinion) methodologically unsound, because it can easily be misleading.
Because of this, I personally find this 2019 survey study, which examines willingness to date trans men and trans women, more informative—partly because it disaggregates trans people by gender (unlike the YouGov survey) and partly because I think that intuitively, willingness to date trans men or trans women is a better measure of whether you think of trans men as men and trans women as women. See the results here:
These data tell a pretty drastically different story. First of all, the results are generally less optimistic than the YouGov survey—most cis people (primarily in Canada, with about 20% of the sample coming from the U.S.) are not willing to date trans people, period.
But it’s especially bleak for cis lesbians. Cis lesbians actually reported the highest rate of “incongruent” responses (i.e, diverging from expectations based on the gender preference implied by their reported sexuality) of any demographic examined. The expectation for inclusive attitudes would be that cis lesbians are willing to date trans women and not trans men, since lesbians are attracted to women. However, this was true for only 9% of cis lesbians surveyed. More cis lesbians than that reported willingness to date trans men (10.8%), and the same number of cis lesbians reported willingness to date either trans men or trans women (9%). This means that nearly twice as many (19.8%) of surveyed cis lesbians reported dating preferences inconsistent with what you would expect from lesbians—an exclusive preference for women.
So why are cis lesbians so willing to date trans men? Is it really because they’re “not transphobic?” Or does it suggest that—to an even greater extent than gay men, whose responses were only “incongruent” 3.3% of the time—cis lesbians are inclined to reduce trans men to their genitals, or otherwise to think of them as “masculine women?” I think the latter interpretation makes significantly more sense.
Just because cis lesbians profess to view trans people “positively” does not mean they actually see trans people as the genders they identify with. Paying lip service to trans inclusion does not inoculate anyone to being transphobic—whether they’re cis or not.
you know you can be a girl right? hey. you know you can be a girl right? you would be cute as a girl. hey. you know that you would be cute as a girl right?
this is what broke my egg so to speak. on a routine walk home from the bus stop with a girl that lived on my block who one day casually dropped "yknow i think ud be prettier as a girl" and then before i could even reaxt she shot me dead with "i should kidnap u and turn u into a girl" and i nearly collapsed on the spot. i do not remember anything that happened over the following 3 days. at some point after that i came out the other side and knew what i had to do
can we please acknowledge that tma/tme is a meaningful distinction? a justice of the US supreme court is openly saying that it's legal to discriminate against trans women because the same laws do not target trans men. the transmisogyny is what makes it permissible. your transphobia is fine as long as it has carveouts for men.
