"go to hell" or "fuck you" is boring and basic. "I hope your favorite book gets turned into a horrible movie or TV show, with a horrendous cast and script" is smart. It's terrifying. It's possible.

oh willel i'm so sorry that your writers had you make these choices out of fear. you both deserved so much more.

the only completed drama show in the last ten years that is absolutely utterly FLAWLESS is dark. there is not a single plot hole in dark. you not only get every single question answered, but they tease all those answers in very early episodes so you know they were always planned to happen. they also had the self respect to end the show at only three seasons because thats when the story ended, which is rare these days.

it is a PERFECT show. its the best time travel media ive ever seen, it has absolutely phenomenal world building, it has an incredible finale, and i will once again say the same thing ive been saying since 2017, it is the best written show of all time.

i highly, highly encourage everyone upset with stranger things right now to watch it.

Vol. 1 and vol. 2 and 3 feel like they're completely written by different people that did NOT speak to each other at all and actually hate each other... I feel insane lmao for me stranger things ended with ep. 4 🫶

Because the thing is it’s not that byler didn’t happen. It’s the way they could have finished the storyline at the end of season 4 but didn’t. It’s the way that they never actually outwardly acknowledged that Will was in love with Mike. And it’s the way that they ruined many of the character arcs in my opinion.
