So this set was already mostly converted here by the amazing @jacky93sims 🧸 Since the lovely @lovejoysummerdream had requested it from me earlier, I decided to finish what was left of it so she'd have the complete set. Nothing huge, but I wanted to give those pieces a bit of love too. 🍄✨

You can find the original Sims 4 set here, by TheClutterCat. A collection file is included in the download for convenience; if you have @Jacky93Sims' items in your game, they will also be included. It's also low poly and basegame compatible.

NEW FANTASTIC BLENDER ADD-ON DISCOVERED!

Ok, you guys know damn well I'm anti-gatekeeping resources and anti-cc-creator-competitions-to-see-who's-better-at-playing-digital-play-Doh. AND ABOUT THAT, I found out about MESH REPAIR TOOLS by SINEWAVE. It's a FREE add-on for blender. It does A LOT of things, but do you know what it also can do? DECIMATE MESHES BETTER THAN BLENDER.

All of this with two clicks on the "Reduce" button. Yes I'm in an awe but can you really blame me?? The mesh looks exactly THE SAME. I don't need to fix wonky UVs or replace textures. It does everything PERFECTLY.

Anyway go grab it. This is a game changer.

I don't want to upset anyone and I could be wrong, but I guess that the Reduce function in this plugin literally uses the Decimate Modifier.

I compressed 2 copies of the same mesh with this plugin and with decimate (collapse) and didn't see any difference in the topology visually.

Perhaps someone who knows Python could analyze the code; there are lines in there that raise suspicions:

I don't see how this could be something that would upset anyone, actually. This is a free plug-in that decimates with one click, making the process faster and easier for everyone. It really doesn't bother me that it uses the default decimate modifier, it does what it says it does, making the process faster and easier. That's what an automation does, just like using actions on photoshop to make a specific color palette to your cc piece.

I use a lot of mods to make my game look good, but also to improve my gameplay so that writing stories is even more fun. I thought some of you might enjoy knowing what's in my game. So I decided to make a Mods Masterlist.

This is not my CC collection, however I did include a lot of the default replacements I use. I have divided everything up into categories:
- How I improved my game's performance
- How I made my game look pretty
- How I made my game more fun

Using all of these mods and tweaks obviously comes at your own risk. They can work fine in my game, but make yours laggy or unplayable. That's always a possibility with mods. I won't be able to help you with that, as these obviously work well for me.

Hi everyone! I put a mini-tutorial explaining how to find CC that makes sims shiny right in CAS without having to load the game, and instruction how to fix faulty content. I posted it in my Blogspot because I feel that it is easier to read on wider page.

I’ve spent the last hour looking into what caused this on some pieces of cc because I’ve gotten asks about it since the update and couldn’t even get the glitch in my game. I have over 100 hairs so it is going to take a while for me to through everything and check/update what pieces became glitched. If you’re having this issue with one of my hairs then this post details how to fix it if u want it fixed ASAP^ I will work on updating everything myself just not sure at what speed 😭

this is killing me

this is me, formally begging for cc creators to make actually out of the box cc for the new pack. i dont just want to see the same crop top with 2 swatches added to it or the same pair of jeans except this time theyre sparkly. i want to see actual ethereal custom content. i want masks with multiple wings, i want body shimmer that make it look like your sims always glowing, i want makeup that looks iridescent, i want dark claws and fangs, i want flowers and leaves and vines. i want huge wings, i want tiny wings, i want bright and bold and colorful and dark and mysterious and creepy. i want messy hair and button noses and long braids that cascade like a waterfall. i want flowing dresses in silk and satin, i want cotton and linen, i want blood spatter and dried blood and grass stains and corsets and stays and vests. i want a faun face, i want clothes for satyrs and gold and silver and trinkets hanging from belts. i want so many accessories i want crowns and horns and rings and bracelets and necklaces layered on each other. i want long hair for guys, i want flowy pants and shirts and ruffles and layers. i want royal and regal i want monarch of the fae i want terrifying yet ethereal. please. just something new
