Oh my, what do you say when your life has been given yet another chance!!
When I first met Dr.Williams, I watched him do the newest procedure of that day. I was completely and absolutely awed. He later asked me what I thought!
I told him I felt like I had just seen one of my grandchildren born.

In February 2012, while at home in Maryland, I discovered an irregular lump in my chest. A doctor's visit revealed I had an extremely aggressive stage four breast cancer, the worst my doctor had seen in 35 years. With no family history of cancer and a new career ahead at 46, I faced traditional treatments like mastectomy, lumpectomy, chemotherapy, and radiation. However, my doctor also mentioned a new procedure: cryoablation, used by Dr. Jason Williams in Alabama.
This minimally invasive treatment freezes and destroys cancerous tissue using a live-image-guided probe. After evaluations, I was deemed a candidate, and the procedure was nearly painless. Just two hours later, my husband and I were having dinner, amazed at how simple the treatment had been.
I then underwent four out of eight planned rounds of chemotherapy before doctors found no trace of cancer in my blood. I never lost my hair, had no incisions, and only minimal tissue removal. Unlike many women who endure the physical and emotional toll of mastectomies, I was spared those hardships.
