I need someone who knows The Matrix well to share their thoughts on the red pill (go to real world/ truth) vs blue pill (stay in blissful ignorance) vs The Amazing Digital Circus red button (stay in circus) vs blue button (go to real world/ truth), bc those are color swapped to outcome and that has GOT to have some significance

(the mentions of the real bodies being in pods is so matrix. I am sure that’s not the only media with human bodies in stasis type pods, but I do think they’re trying to intentionally draw matrix parallels btwn that and red/blue choice)

like so far my thoughts are that TADC button colors align better with the Matrix colors than Caine’s color labels. By pressing the red button, they are greeted by Caine and get to confront him about his ability to mess with their minds and his lies (learning more of the truth), whereas the blue button would have (supposedly) taken them to shrimp town, which would be transporting them to another place in the circus without any additional knowledge or context as to why they are still trapped in the digital world (staying in ignorance)

job applications are actually making me lose my mind. job requires a cover letter. I meticulously adapt my cover letter to the job posting and my experience. I go to submit application. there is absolutely no location to upload a cover letter along with my resume.
