The Red-Headed Honeysearcher (tachycallos erythrops) is a small, tropical fluttermouse which feeds primarily on the nectar of bellflowers, though they also supplement their diet with small insects. Four-winged hexapedes such as honeysearchers are not actually closely related to songmice and other hexapedes with a single set of wings, and are thought to have evolved flight separately.
