Greetings all, and congratulations for having stumbled upon my blog!

Studies designed by me with incredible bias have found that there is 98% probability that you won’t be trapped in this blog forever. So you should stay here for a while, and appreciate the great company!

Anyway! I’m Wren, and you have ran into the place here I theoretically and even actually post things (mostly Amphibia). A proud accomplishment indeed both for me and for you!

I hope that you enjoy your time here.

Anyway a bit about me:

- I use they/them pronouns.

- Eternally committed to the bit: affectionately trapping my friends with me forever via pomegranate snacks. Hymn Marcy probably does not support this methodology.

- I have a queerplatonic partner: Pixel (heart-wit-strength on Tumblr). You should read their Amphibia Pirate AU as it is so good!

- I have a cat named Lady Olivia, she is very cute and fluffy and I have many photos of her.

- I love to ramble about topics.

- As a note, I tend to use formal punctuation on all of my messages just because I like it. If I speak to you in this manner it is not meant to be clinical or otherwise rude (no one has actually read it that was that I’m aware of, but just covering that now!)

- I always try to mark posts with trigger warnings, however if there is something that goes unmarked please tell me.

- My asks and messages are always open, so if you ever want to talk about anything feel free to reach out!

My Amphibia AUs

Currently all of these have work in progress fics that I have yet to publish, but if you’re ever curious about them I have so much lore!

- The Hymn to Sasha Waybright AU (Pixel and I coparent it): very loosely inspired by the myth of Hades and Persephone and the Homeric Hymn to Demeter. You can find information about it in the #Hymn to Sasha Waybright AU section of my blog

- Perennial AU (Pixel and I also coparent this one): very loosely inspired by the tragedy of Eos and Tithonus, a myth that I would gladly explain if anyone wants to know about it! I do not yet have a post about the AU, but I will link it once I have that made.

- The Breath of the Wild AU (though I talk about most of the Legend of Zelda series with this one): We have Link! Anne, Zelda! Marcy and complicated Spirit of the Sword! Sasha.

- The Witch Marcy AU: Elven Witch Marcy falls in love with human Anne

- Devil in The Details AU: Marcy opens a cursed music box and ends up with devil Darcy following her around. Angel Anne, and nearly fallen angel Sasha come in order to stop them from harming or corrupting her, the AU from here descends into comedy.

in all seriousness though a fandom doesn't die when there's no new episodes or games or "content" to play with and it doesn't die because people aren't as loud as the day it first came out either. if you're still creating then the fandom is alive. if your mutual who has since moved on still reblogs a post about it every four months then the fandom is alive. if there is even one person out there still engaging in, creating for, or just enjoying that show or that game or those characters, then the fandom is alive.

"fresh content" isn't the soul of a fandom. you are.

i do not want the dragon killed. i do not want the dragon to be an enemy. i do not want the dragon to be dateable. just let the damn dragon be befriendable and nicies ok? dragon whose hoard is friends and good memories, ok?

you know you can already do that right. you don't need to kill her. there's some very handy enderchests that spawn in end cities and you can just bridge out to get to the outer islands. and you can just jump in the void to respawn back in the overworld. you don't need to kill her. like i get your point but you can already do that

i play peaceful mode exclusively so not only do i wish you could actually get into the end in peaceful mode but also beat the game like that. i think it would be a really cool way to not only beat peaceful mode but also have it be more than just "mode where i dont have to worry about monsters." thus the "like undertale." you already dont have to kill her but i wish you could like. get a choice instead of just avoiding the fight entirely
